Plexus Biz Tech was
asked to create a database and Web site for a large faucet
manufacturer/distributor that would accompany a sales incentive program for
the companies sales force. The database would handle point entry and balance
for each sales force member. A customer service rep would gather points
redeemed for faucets sold, and enter the points into the database. Each
sales force member could then use earned points to purchase rewards from a
catalog. Members could also visit the Web site to view point balance (real
time), and take online quizzes that if answered correctly, would deposit
bonus points into their account.
